As the Automotive Sales Manager at Murgado Automotive Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving dealership goals. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding purchasing experience.

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive dealership profitability and growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
