The GlobalIn-houseConsulting team wasestablishedto tackledifficult business challenges across the entire Mars Global Snacking business. We are looking for experienced management consultants to join our team at theSr. Managerlevel. Qualified individuals will play a critical role in solving project work to bring forward-thinking solutions to Mars Snacking.
Ideal candidates will have previously worked in management consulting at a top-tier firm anddemonstratedstrong analytical and process skills.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Businessor related field isrequired. MBA/MS is strongly preferred.
  • 5+years experiencein either global corporate strategy or strategy consulting at a top tier firm (with preference for CPG industry experience)
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to break problems into logical sub-components, build a framework for analysis, collect and structurelarge amountsof data, and conduct thoughtful analyses to arrive at business recommendations
  • Strong communicationand presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings through focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities
  • Ability to quicklyestablishrapport, credibility, trust, and respect, with peers, team members, and executives
  • Track recordof success in effectively owning and driving complex projects involving frequent interaction with senior executives
  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excelrequired
  • Passion for consumer goods and our brands

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • The Sr. Manager owns and manages a specific piece of a consulting project andis responsible forensuringit'son track and all deliverables are met on time
  • You need toidentifykey analyses that needs to be performed, build a plan for how tackle it, gather all relevant data from stakeholders, executeanalysesand summarize your findings in easily digestible and compelling presentations
  • Youare responsible forall day-to-day activities related to your module and to flag any potential issues or roadblocks to project leadership for resolution
  • You oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and investigation, and for executing complicated analyses related to Mars, competitors, and the snacking industry
  • You summarize your findings and conclusions in a presentation and present it to leadership and relevant Mars stakeholders

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
