    Engineering Project Manager

    Columbus, OH

    We're seeking a dynamic and results-drivenEngineering Project Managerto join our innovative team! In this role, you'll leverage your engineering expertise to scope, execute, and deliver high-impact capital projects-up to $10M in value-that give us a competitive edge. From initial design to seamless installation across multiple sites, you'll manage every detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines, driving solutions that make a real difference.     What are we looking for?

    Minimum:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines
    • 2+ year engineering capital project management experience in closely related industry
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Travel 20-50% (determined by project cycle, complexity, and need)
    • Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams.
    • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills.

    Preferred:

    • Master's Degree in technical field
    • 5+ years in project management
    • Prior experience managing others
    • Oversight and drive large capital projects

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Take the lead in scoping, planning, and executing capital projects up to $10M that drive real business impact and innovation.
    • Own the full project lifecycle-from initial design concepts to final installation-across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bringing together engineering expertise and project management skills to overcome challenges and exceed expectations.
    • Be the go-to expert for all engineering aspects of your projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines to keep everything on track.
    • Actively contribute as a vital member of the Engineering team and extended project groups, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
