Customer Supply Representative - B4
Franklin, TN
The Customer Supply Representative is directly responsible for the successful generation, fulfilment, and delivery of customer purchase orders. This includes the coordination, execution, problem resolution, analysis and communication necessary to ensure an excellent customer experience. The Customer Supply Representative is the first point of contact between the external customer and key Mars' functions to ensure timely production, delivery, and risk mitigation for customer orders.
What are we looking for?
Minimum
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel-Formulas/Macros)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Service and/or Customer Facing experience
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
  • Walmart/Sam's experience in corporate capacity
  • SAP experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Utilize region forecast to compare with current inventory to manually create orders.
  • Prepare export paperwork to be compliant with international regulations such as: Manufacturer Declarations, Batch Reports, Quarantine Declarations, Bill of Ladings, and Health Certificates.
  • Operating the transportation flows (truck, sea freight, airfreight when applicable) being the point of contact of any events happening until the border exit point of the exporting hub.
  • Serve as the process owner between customers, Sales, and Supply teams to ensure proper timing and volume for inventory management, promotions, and item transitions.
  • Support day-to-day communication to maintain customer service expectations and resolve order-related challenges.
  • Log, track, and resolve customer complaints in the Customer Complaint Management System (CCMS).
  • Drive timely issue resolution to uphold product quality and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and related systems, including Customer Material Information Records (CMIR) and other key databases.
  • Ensure system data supports effective order processing, shipment execution, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as required.
