They have a current opening for a Branch Director for their Home Health location in the San Diego, CA area. Medicare Home Health leadership experience is required.

 A registered nurse is required. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census growth, and help to create a positive culture. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Branch Director Job Requirements Home Health leadership experience as an RN is required. Excellent understanding of Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM. HomeCare HomeBase experience a plus. Branch Director Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day branch operations. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Work collaboratively with AVP. Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and retain staff.
