Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Your Schedule:
Based in the Parsippany, NJ office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals.
- Must have industry experience
