The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in client acquisition and relationship management for the firm's search and staffing services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, competitive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and sell staffing and recruiting solutions by contacting potential clients.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to generate and expand business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Negotiate fees and close deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Represent the firm professionally in all interactions, including networking events and activities outside normal business hours.
Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or recruiting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
