Job DescriptionThe Senior Executive Assistant manages complex scheduling and communications, coordinates major institutional initiatives and events, and oversees operational functions of the Chancellor's Office and residence. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. The position also provides leadership in coordinating campus requests, executive searches, governance support, and key university events while ensuring efficient daily operations of the Chancellor's Office.
Key Responsibilities:
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred QualificationsThe anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,916-$74,485 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
