At InHome Therapy, our Account Managers play a huge role in helping patients receive care by connecting therapist availability with agency demand in real time. This is a hands-on operational and inside sales role where you'll work directly with agency partners, internal clinical teams, and operations leadership to help drive visit growth and keep patient care moving.

Summary of Primary Function:
The Account Manager is responsible for filling daily and weekly therapist capacity and driving visit volume growth within assigned IHT agency accounts, and will be hands-on in providing support to the back office team from intake to scheduling and throughout the plan of care. This is both an operational support and a tactical inside sales role focused on converting near-term opportunity into staffed visits through direct outreach to agency partners. The Account Manager exercises significant independent judgment in prioritizing outreach, determining approach, and making escalation decisions. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy within the IHT growth model and reports directly to the Operations Manager.
