We're looking for a Content Strategist who can think big, connect dots, and turn ideas into content that actually performs. You'll lead content strategy and copywriting across digital channels - with a strong focus on social media - ensuring every message is cohesive, strategically aligned, and performance-driven.
What you'll be doing:
- Content Strategy & Performance Optimization:Lead the development and execution of content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital channels (social media, email, ads and website). Ensure all messaging is cohesive, strategically aligned, and tailored to each stage of the customer journey.
- Content Creation & Execution: Write and oversee high-quality content and copy that reflects brand voice and goals. Manage copies, develop compelling narratives, and repurpose top-performing content across formats.
- High-Quality Content Standards:Champion storytelling, brand consistency, and results. Review deliverables for tone, clarity, and detail, ensuring they meet strong creative and performance benchmarks. Collaborate closely with designers and strategists to bring ideas to life (you won't design, but you'll work hand in hand with those who do).
This job is for you if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on experience in content strategy.
- You're confident writing engaging copy for social, email and ads(Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- You have strong experience in B2C marketing.
- You think beyond execution - connecting content decisions to business goals and customer behaviour.
- Social is your core strength - you deeply understand trends, platform behaviour, and scroll-stopping content.
- You're comfortable with reporting and performance analysis, using insights to optimize strategy.
- You have hands-on experience with Canva.
- You can edit short-form videos for social media.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- You thrive collaborating with creative, strategy, and performance teams.
- You're passionate about connecting trends, culture, and storytelling with brand growth.
- You stay curious & adapt quickly.
- You speak and write fluent English (C1+).
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked with restaurant or hospitality brands.
- Have collaborated with content creators or influencers.
- Have managed or coordinated campaigns.
- Have participated in content shoot planning or creative production.
- Have experience with tools like Figma, Canva, Metricool, or Sprout Social.
- Speak Spanish and or French (not required, but a plus).
