We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Energy to drive sales excellence within our expanding Energy Market team. This full-time position is open to local hybrid candidates nationwide.
The Senior Sales Manager, Energy is responsible for leading sales activities specific to energy clients, including electric and gas utilities, independent power producers, electric cooperatives, and oil & gas companies. This leader will create and execute capture plans and sales strategies, work in close partnership with the Market Leader and cross-functional teams comprised of business development leaders, technical experts, and client account managers to drive pursuit success through best-in-class client engagement and sales execution. This is a full-time, hybrid role with an expectation of inoffice presence several days per week with flexibility based on business needs and candidate location. While Raleigh, NC is the preferred office, the position may also be based out of any of H&A's locations including our offices in Cary, NC; Independence, OH; Greenwood, CO; Greenville, SC; Bedford, NH; Phoenix, AZ; Midlothian, VA; Annapolis, MD; McLean, VA; or Charlotte, NC.

The salary range for this position in Cary, NC; Independence, OH; Greenwood, CO; Greenville, SC; Bedford, NH; Phoenix, AZ; Midlothian, VA; Annapolis, MD; McLean, VA; and Charlotte, NC is 100,000 - 135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
