Are you a driven sales leader ready to take your career to the next level with one of the Northeast’s premier resort destinations? We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join our dynamic Conference Sales Team and lead high-impact initiatives that fuel growth across our expanding portfolio.

As a National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of strategic, high-value accounts and drive multimillion-dollar revenue across multiple channels — including group room sales, conference space, catering, entertainment, spa, golf, and retail. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and sales innovator, leveraging data-driven insights, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll also play a leadership role within the sales department — mentoring fellow Sales Managers, guiding business strategy, and collaborating closely with senior executives to exceed property-wide revenue and guest satisfaction goals. This is a chance to leave your mark on a brand in growth mode and be part of an award-winning, service-focused culture.

What does a National Sales Manager do?

  • Lead the pursuit of large-scale conference and event opportunities with complex, multi-property components.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow national and regional accounts while driving new business.
  • Mentor, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve peak performance and career growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Catering, and Operations to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Contribute to innovative projects — from new up-sell concepts to market analyses — in partnership with the Director of Sales.

To be successful as a National Sales Manager, you'll need:

  • A proven sales professional with a passion for hospitality, luxury service, and relationship building.
  • Strong background in hotel or resort sales, conference and event business development, or corporate group sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience mentoring others and thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 21 - 30 pounds.

What we value:

  • Positivity – Team members who are passionate about learning, energetic to hit the ground running, and willing to grow in a professional, team-oriented environment with a focus on guest service.
  • Growth Opportunities – We offer a successful journey, including hands-on training and support to advance your career.
  • Empowerment – We believe in our team members. With learning opportunities, career growth potential, and recognition of outstanding performance, we encourage our team to take pride in their work.
