Description:

We are looking for a National Sales Assistant who will help the National Sales Manager with daily duties across Marquee Broadcasting markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in a goal-oriented team environment, ready to learn and loves to win!


Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:


· Pulling pre and post logs in traffic systems.

· Helping with make goods and order revisions in Darwin portal.

· Input new national orders.

· Work with the billing department on collections along with sending invoices when requested.

· Have an in-depth understanding of Wide Orbit traffic systems.

· Be familiar with network programming in several markets across different time zones.

· Effectively and efficiently communicate with Marquee and Locality Sales Teams across several markets.

· Assist with political advertising public files according to FCC requirements.

· Attend/participate in community activities that WNKY News 40 sponsors or supports.

Requirements:

*Utilize our unique resources (Hyper Local News, NBC Network, CBS Network, MeTV Network, top-rated Sports and Primetime programming, Geofencing/OTT, Web/Digital Sponsorship and Promotions) to achieve a high level of results for our clients

* Should be energetic, positive, creative and passionate in order to succeed in the highly competitive environment of media sales

* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking are critical to the position
