About the Role
The National Sales Executive is responsible for achieving monthly enrollment goals by working leads from across all markets. Achieving enrollment goals will be the result of working leads telephonically, conducting sales presentations in accordance with CMS regulations, and traveling to markets who need additional sales support and conducting field sales presentations.
National Sales Executives will be responsible for developing and presenting a monthly Strategic Plan, as well as providing daily and weekly production updates. National Sales Executives are required to travel in our service geography as needed, with expected travel up to 50%. This is a base salary plus commission role. This role requires an active Medicare Health Insurance Producer License prior to hire date.
Requirements
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Define and develop sales opportunities for assigned leads
  • Travel to other markets as needed up to 50%
  • Conduct benefit presentations with potential members, family members or Responsible Parties
  • Educate accounts on Longevity Health Plan benefits, as well as compliant lead generation
  • Daily lead management and documentation
  • Establish and maintain relationships within assigned accounts who may refer potential leads
  • Achieve monthly enrollment goals
  • Timely and accurate application processing
  • Participating in weekly Stand-Up Calls and submitting daily progress reports
  • Ensure, enforce, and comply with agent ethics and compliance in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations
  • Maintain an active Health Insurance Producer license
  • Successfully complete yearly Annual AHIP & Carrier Certifications for MAPD/Part D
  • Develop best practices to share across all markets
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position

Credentials & Coverage:
  • License to sell Medicare-Health Insurance Producer License required prior to hire date
  • Valid state driver's license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required
  • Auto insurance coverage as required by your state of residence
  • New employees will be responsible for providing proof of coverage prior to hire and on an ongoing basis

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of Medicare sales experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Home environment
