About the RoleAs a Clinical Leader, you'll serve as the strategic and operational backbone of your unit, providing 24/7 leadership that shapes patient outcomes, staff development, and organizational success. You'll be the driving force behind clinical excellence, creating an environment where staff thrive, patients receive outstanding care, and quality metrics consistently exceed expectations.
What You'll DoLead with Vision & Impact
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives that exceed targets for patients, families, physicians, and staff
- Champion continuous performance improvement and foster a culture of clinical excellence
- Serve as a visible role model, setting the standard for professionalism and high-performance expectations
Ensure Clinical Excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care that surpasses regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Oversee all aspects of patient care delivery, evaluation, and quality improvement
- Advocate for patient and family rights while educating them on their role in the care process
Manage Strategic Operations
- Optimize financial and human resources to meet or exceed budgetary targets
- Provide strategic and operational planning that aligns with organizational goals
- Establish effective communication channels within and across units and departments
- Supervise clinical staff, providers, ancillary personnel, and students delivering care
Develop Your Team
- Mentor and develop staff at all levels, creating pathways for professional growth

- Lead recruitment, retention, and performance management initiatives
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record in operational leadership and unit management
Preferred:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Experience in a Magnet-recognized hospital (ANCC certified)
