Location: Fort Worth, TX (Fully onsite – need to be onsite for the face-to-face interview)

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications or other related field
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong understanding of technology operations, strategy, and project management
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Strong track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and initiatives
  • Strong experience in data analysis
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong understanding of technology operations, strategy, and project management
  • Airline Industry leadership experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Works closely with Executives and Sr Leadership team to set strategic goals and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of the IT Portfolio’s strategic roadmap.
  • Plans and manages cross- IT or cross Portfolio programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to organizational goals and strategies
  • Manages resource allocation for IT initiatives
  • Identify and manage program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track issues to resolution.
  • Provides data-driven insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Provides guidance to leaders and team members
  • Prepares briefing materials, reports, and presentations for Executives and Sr Leadership meetings/forums
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and follow-ups on behalf of the Executives and Sr Leaders.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations within the IT department, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
  • Manages to key performance metrics and ensure timely delivery of IT programs and initiatives
  • Leads efforts to streamline IT processes, promote operational excellence, and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate across organizations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Serve as a liaison between the Executives/Sr Leaders and internal/external stakeholders
  • Supports budget activities as directed by IT Finance

  • Anticipates obstacles early, resolves cross-team dependencies, and coordinates change management to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Leads communication, training, governance, and behavior change to embed new ways of working and ensure the transformation sticks.
