Description
Command Post Technologies Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts and Procurement team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, adds value, works efficiently under pressure, is proactive, and brings a team player attitude. We are looking for an individual with experience supporting contracts, subcontracts, and proposal efforts with the Federal Government.
This position will contribute to the refinement of company contracts management policy and procedures, bringing knowledge of the FAR/DFARS. An individual should have experience in Government Contracts administration and must be comfortable with frequently adjusting priorities to include new taskings with little to no advance notice. This position requires sound ethical and professional judgement using best practices and corporate policies.
A successful candidate will be responsible for cradle-to-grave Contract and Subcontract activities in support of government contracts. Candidate will provide support to proposal efforts, be responsible for Prime and Subcontract Administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, contract terms and conditions, and applicable laws and regulations. Must be able to establish strong, positive relationships with customers, both internal and external.
This position will report directly to the Director of Contracts and Procurement.
