Job Overview:
Pay Range: $14.73hr - $19.73hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong administrative and clerical support experience required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Ability to manage front desk operations in a professional manner required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
- Proficiency with office equipment and general computer applications required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk and receptionist coverage for the regional office.
- Greet callers professionally and determine the reason for calls.
- Answer inquiries and provide routine information or referrals to appropriate internal and external departments.
- Welcome visitors and notify appropriate personnel of arrivals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute correspondence to appropriate staff.
- Maintain familiarity with office equipment and coordinate support when needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
- Coordinate meeting spaces for trainings and meetings.
- Manage conference room calendars and scheduling.
- Set up and break down meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Support the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Should Have:
- Previous administrative assistant or office support experience preferred.
- Experience working in a public service or government office environment preferred.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems preferred.

Qualification and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
