Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $14.73hr - $19.73hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong administrative and clerical support experience required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Ability to manage front desk operations in a professional manner required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and general computer applications required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk and receptionist coverage for the regional office.
  • Greet callers professionally and determine the reason for calls.
  • Answer inquiries and provide routine information or referrals to appropriate internal and external departments.
  • Welcome visitors and notify appropriate personnel of arrivals.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute correspondence to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain familiarity with office equipment and coordinate support when needed.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Coordinate meeting spaces for trainings and meetings.
  • Manage conference room calendars and scheduling.
  • Set up and break down meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Support the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Should Have:

  • Previous administrative assistant or office support experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a public service or government office environment preferred.
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems preferred.
