Celestar Corporation is seeking aSenior Analytic Methodologist (Strategy Synchronizing) to support USCYBERCOM J2 The primary place of performance will be in the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Supports the development of analytic strategies to resolve Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) key intelligence mission- driven requirements ensuring efforts remain synchronized. Works with ambiguous information, deconstructs key questions, suggests methodologies, develops data schema to structured observations, and supports visualization of applicable data
  • Provides support in the conduct of the development of the intelligence support framework to support the Defense Intelligence Enterprise for cyber (DIE-C) including activities to shape and promote J2 synchronization and integration at the strategic, operational, and tactical level.
  • Plans, guides, coordinates, and supports the execution of the long-term growth strategy for the DIE-C.
  • Identifies, coordinates, and deconflicts processes to support the maturation of the DIE-C at the strategic, operational, and tactical level.
  • Documents Operating Instructions (Ols) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.

Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a master's degree.

• A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a bachelor's degree
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
