The Team You’ll Join  

You’ll join a dynamic Product Strategy team at the center of Envestnet’s evolving product organization, working closely with product leaders, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership. This team serves as the strategic backbone that connects AI innovation, market intelligence, and product direction—shaping how the organization prioritizes investments, responds to industry shifts, and delivers differentiated value to clients. As a key member of this highly collaborative and forward-looking group, you’ll help influence enterprise-wide thinking, strengthen alignment across cross-functional teams, and elevate how product strategy is operationalized in a complex, matrixed environment. This is a role for someone who thinks rigorously, communicates crisply, and knows how to move from insight to influence in a complex organization.

How You’ll Contribute   

Partners with business leaders to define and develop insightful and actionable plans to implement the key strategic initiatives outside of day-to-day operational activities in order for the organization to achieve its goals. Recommends actions to realize growth opportunities. Translates ecosystem signals into actionable strategic implications for the product organization and leadership. Owns monitoring and analysis of the competitive landscape, evolving market trends and new industry spaces.

• Serves as a key contributor to execution on specified strategic initiatives. 
• Collaborates with diverse and cross-functional colleagues and business leaders, providing analysis and recommendations related to: 


o Modeling potential business outcomes, 
o Assessing strategic fit with the current business, and 
o Determining risks and mitigation strategies. 

• Gathers and tracks measurable metrics, identifies trends and utilizes data to enable better decision making through our strategic planning processes. 

• Partners with product leaders to strengthen AI strategy across the portfolio, helping teams connect AI-enabled capabilities to strategic value, feasibility, and shared foundational elements across the product ecosystem. 
• Supports AI governance and go-to-market considerations from a product perspective, including intake processes, use case governance, stakeholder communication, and alignment around pricing, packaging, and product narrative. 
• Monitors and synthesizes the AI and broader wealth technology ecosystem to identify landscape shifts, capability trends, and potential partnership opportunities, translating key signals into strategic implications for product and senior leadership. 
•    Supports strategic integrations, relationships, and processes (e.g., M&A, partnerships) as part of the product team
•    Prepares executive-ready briefings, landscape summaries, positioning analyses, and strategy documentation while helping maintain product strategy templates, frameworks, trackers, and related team processes.
•    Supports AI best practices, training, and tooling adoption across the product organization, helping teams build working knowledge of AI capabilities and how to apply them effectively.

What You’ll Need to Bring

•    Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
•    Genuine fluency in AI for product capabilities: you understand how LLMs, agents, and AI workflows work, can evaluate vendor claims critically, and can frame AI opportunities in terms of business and product value 
•    Strong analytical and structured thinking skills — you can synthesize ambiguous inputs into clear frameworks and recommendations 
•    Hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude/Copilot), including prompt/workflow design, agentic workflow creation, and rapid iteration; comfortable using AI tooling across the product lifecycle including prototyping tools to turn concepts into testable experiences.  
•    Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to VP and C-suite audiences 
•    Experience working across product, engineering, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment 
•    Intellectual curiosity and learning velocity — you stay current on AI capabilities and industry shifts, and proactively deepen your understanding to sharpen product decisions 
•    Consensus builder with a bias for action — you propose paths forward, align stakeholders, and help land clear decisions

•    Background in wealth management, fintech, or enterprise SaaS 
•    Experience with competitive intelligence methodologies or partnership evaluation 
•    Prior work in an AI-adjacent role (AI product, AI strategy, data products)

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of $152,300 to $190,400. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
