About the Team

As part of the Core HR Experiences Product team, you will:

  • Lead product strategy and delivery covering the Benefits, Compensation, Payroll & HR Services for Capital One associates. You’ll take a broad view of both external, market‑leading data, analytics, and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape an inspiring multi‑year vision and roadmap for our Core HR products.
  • Lead a team of world‑class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
  • Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks.
  • Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $230,400 – $263,000
New York, NY: $251,400 – $286,900
Richmond, VA: $209,500 – $239,100

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
