The Product Management Director, Respiratory, is responsible for setting the future vision for the product line and for developing and executing the product management strategy and plan. Ensure portfolio growth and revenue targets are achieved, enable launch excellence, drive product go-to-market and competitive strategy, and position our products and solutions to meet customer needs.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management, part of Global Product Management, fully Remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Set the future vision for portfolio strategy and lead business reviews on revenue, margin, and the technical performance/quality of the product line.
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, pricing, branding, marketing, operations, medical & scientific affairs, R&D, and sales teams to create and implement solutions and ensure alignment with product life-cycle management.
  • Lead launch excellence and product go-to-market, including setting product value proposition, positioning and NPI pricing.
  • Identify growth opportunities for portfolio by monitoring global and regional market trends.
  • Own the disease-area franchise strategy and lead worldwide product/disease area initiatives; lead evidence-driven competitive strategy, ensuring our products and solutions are positioned for differentiation.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related work experience or Master's degree in field with 8+ years of related work experience
  • 4+ years experience in Global Product Management or Global Product Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience leading global product launches and working in cross-functional groups globally

Travel Requirements:
  • Role requires frequent travel of up to 30% and may include some international travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Knowledge of the molecular diagnostic industry and understanding of respiratory testing market/competitive landscape is highly desired
  • Communicates effectively and is a strong team player/collaborator with various internal constituents, customers, and other stakeholders

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
