You Are:
You are an experienced and dynamic product leader in the area of silicon design, with a deep understanding of System-on-Chip architecture analysis, design optimization, hardware emulation, and hybrid co-simulation platforms. You will lead products and solutions involving hardware/software co-design platforms, empowering clients to bring innovative silicon designs from concept to market with greater efficiency. You possess a strong foundation in silicon IP, sub-systems, and design flows across the pre-silicon and validation lifecycle. You are an innovative thinker with experience managing products, and you bring leadership, strategic planning, and business skills. You excel in a matrix environment and have a proven track record of managing and launching new products that drive revenue growth.


What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing product implementation, including strategic vision and execution of product roadmaps
* Driving significant revenue growth through innovative product strategies that align with market and customer demand
* Developing business and technical strategy, as well as go-to-market plans, for the assigned products
* Defining and coordinating sales collateral development, pricing and packaging strategies, competitive analysis, product rollout, and sales training
* Establishing, enhancing, and differentiating product competitive positioning
* Influencing engineering teams based on a deep knowledge of customer needs and a forward-thinking approach
