Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Collaboratively develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates student recruitment and campus visit programs designed to attract prospective students to Bryan College of Health Sciences (BCHS). Serves as a representative at recruitment events; conducts targeted high school and community outreach; and plans, coordinates, and executes on-campus visits and events for prospective students and their guests. Uses the customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage and deliver email and text communications with prospective students, while also engaging prospects by phone and through in-person recruitment and campus events to support enrollment growth.

PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.

2. *Coordinates programming and initiatives in support of prospective student recruitment and enrollment growth.

3. *Manages student ambassador program to support recruitment activities and campus visit experiences.

4. *Collaborates with faculty, staff, and students to develop and implement best-practice recruitment strategies and policies that support enrollment goals.

5. Coordinates campus communication, messaging and resources related to student recruitment and campus visit efforts.

6. Provides prospective student guidance and outreach to increase overall enrollment.

7. *Plans and delivers outreach presentations to local high schools, grade schools and community events to promote awareness of healthcare careers and academic programs.

8. *Coordinates and serves as a representative at career days, job fairs, college fairs, open houses and other recruitment events.

9. *Conducts targeted high school and community visits to recruit prospective students.

10. *Recruits and communicates with prospective students using the CRM system for email and text messaging, as well as phone calls and web-based communications.

11. *Maintains accurate records of recruitment, outreach, and campus visit activities.

12. Supports and collaborates with recruitment team members to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies and best practices.

13. Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all campus visit experiences, including individual visits, group tours, and visit events.

14. Collaborates with leadership to establish, evaluate and refine recruitment and campus visit best practices.

15. Reviews recruitment initiatives and works collaboratively with others to implement improvements and ensure effectiveness.

16. Serves on local, state, or national college recruitment and admissions committees and shares relevant information and trends with recruitment staff

17. Interviews applicants, as assigned and provides application summary to appropriate admissions committees.

18. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.

19. Participates in meetings, committees and department projects as assigned.

20. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, communications or business required. Experience in recruitment, admissions, customer service, event coordination, marketing or a related area required. Experience communicating with a variety of audiences and using database or software systems required.

OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:

Valid State of Nebraska driver’s license required. Verification and maintenance of responsible driving record per facility standards required.
