We are seeking an Account Manager to build lasting, trusting relationships with clients by identifying their needs and delivering compelling presentations on our services.

You'll negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth. Your role involves conducting market research to identify upselling opportunities, exploring new business avenues through client referrals and networking, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and deal closure. What You'll Do: Conduct in-depth research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities.

Use proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients. Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings. Reach out by phone and hold quality conversations to generate qualified prospects.

Work closely and collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans. Work internally with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of presentations. Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.

Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in account management/client partner/engagement manager roles or equivalent in the IT/Tech Industry.

Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing long‐term relationships with clients. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering or another IT related degree) is a plus. A network of potential clients in the IT industry or other verticals. How we make your work (and your life) easier: Work-from-home hardware setup.
