Position: RN Weekend Supervisor
Facility: Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Location: Irvington, New Jersey
Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends | 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Weekend Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff while ensuring the highest standards of resident care are maintained during weekend shifts. This opportunity is ideal for a confident, organized nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence in long-term care.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
Supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality care and accountability
Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and overall professionalism
Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed
Serve as a clinical leader and resource for weekend staff
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in long-term care
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
