We're building the culinary identity of a high-profile, independent property coming out of a major reinvestment. The kitchen is dialed, the concept has traction, and this role owns the next chapter, restaurant, bar, and events. Includes a destination restaurant doing up to $10M annually.

This is not a maintenance role. It's for a chef who wants to shape something, not inherit something.
