Primary Location: Latrobe, PA
Full Time: including responses to emergencies on nights, weekends, & holidays
We are looking for a hands-on leader to help manage building maintenance and operations across agency-owned & leased residency halls, schools, and offices in several Western PA Counties.
What Makes for a Great Candidate
- 3-5+ years experience in maintenance & a desire for career advancement
- Minimum: High School Diploma, Preferred: Trade School and/or Training
- Meet general agency requirements (21 years old+, ability to pass clearances/physical, valid driver's license)
- Readiness & ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, climbing, kneeling, working in various temperatures)
- Experience in Excel data reports and Physical Plant report writing
What Defines Success
A successful Assistant Facilities Director will ensure that maintenance projects (completed by our Adelphoi technicians and hired contractors) are following our nuanced/regulatory environment, timelines, and agency budgets. Projects include but are not limited to repairs, safety checks, renovations, relocations, installations, and inspections.
