Job description

Part Time Hourly: 15- 20 Hours Weekly

The Maintenance Tech supports the upkeep and functionality of Hope Church facilities through routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and weekly punch list completion. This role assists in ensuring the church campus remains clean, safe, organized, and operational for all worship experiences, events, and weekly ministry activities. Responsibilities focus primarily on hands-on maintenance tasks, facility upkeep, and completion of assigned work orders and operational checklists.

Facility Maintenance & Repairs Responsible for completing weekly maintenance punch lists and assigned repair tasks throughout the church campus. This includes routine facility inspections, minor repairs, general upkeep, and ensuring all environments remain clean, functional, and well-maintained. The Maintenance Tech will also communicate any major maintenance or safety concerns to leadership as they arise.

Event & Experience Support - Assist with preparing church environments for weekend experiences, meetings, and events through room setups, breakdowns, and general campus readiness. This role supports the overall presentation and functionality of church spaces to help create an excellent and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and volunteers.Safety & Facility Checks Conduct regular walkthroughs of the campus to identify maintenance needs or potential safety concerns. Ensure facility equipment, storage areas, and operational spaces remain organized and safe while helping maintain a secure and well-functioning environment across all church properties.
