Integrated Account Director

Remote/Onsite: Hybrid role based in

Chicago, working onsite Mondays/Wednesdays

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Tech/Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience leading integrated account management at a marketing agency
  2. Experience developing creative briefs, campaign planning documents, and integrated marketing strategies
  3. Financial fluency with agency revenue models, SOWs, forecasting, and account growth

Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities): Serve as primary client

lead for media and brand/creative programs, lead campaign planning and

execution, own internal and client meetings, translate client objectives into

marketing plans, drive account performance monitoring, steer creative brief

development, mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and

perform final QA of client deliverables.

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Client Services team. This is an opportunity to lead integrated marketing programs for exciting clients within the tourism space, leading cross functional teams to deliver results, inspire innovation and steward lasting client relationships.

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, working onsite Mondays/Wednesdays.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary client lead for both media and brand/creative programs—cultivating strong, trusted partnerships and acting as their day-to-day strategic advisor.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution across the full consumer journey—streamlining workflows and ensuring seamless collaboration within internal teams.
  • Own internal and client meetings, distill client’s business priorities, and keep communications tight and strategic (recaps, POVs, timelines, rationale).
  • Translate client objectives into comprehensive, results-driven marketing plans and compelling proposals.
  • Drive account performance by monitoring revenue pacing, forecasting, SOW management, and profitability—with an eye for growth opportunities.
  • Steer development of creative briefs, campaign architecture, messaging strategy, and results analysis across digital and traditional channels.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring best-in-class standards and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional agency teams (creative, media, analytics, business development) to problem-solve, make decisions, and drive progress.
  • Final QA of client deliverables and share learnings across internal teams.
