Whether on the court, on stage, or in the workplace, Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is driven by a pursuit of excellence-constantly evolving, innovating, and pushing boundaries to elevate its business and expand its fan base. The company is deeply committed to fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion, both internally and across its communities, ensuring that every interaction reflects its values of growth mindset, integrity, accountability and care. We are guided by our core values:
- Integrity: Be intellectually honest at all times. Demonstrate the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Care: Care for everything and everyone around us. Practice empathy, respect, and inclusion to promote an environment of excellence and success.
- Growth Mindset: Develop ourselves and those around us. Experiment, learn, and improve from everything we do.
- Accountability: Deliver on our word, take responsibility for our actions, and work in the interest of our team.
- Deliver insights faster using AI
- Use AI across the full analytics workflow, including clarifying requirements, exploring data, generating hypotheses, drafting narratives, and prototyping solutions
- Build repeatable prompt patterns and "ways of working" that make outputs reliable and consistent
- Continuously evaluate new capabilities and integrate what matters into our analytics technology stack and workflows - with clear quality controls, documentation, and enablement
- Build analytics solutions that scale
- Design reusable analytics frameworks that make insights easier to produce and easier to trust
- Build reusable frameworks and visualization patterns that scale
- Create the "reference patterns" for modern analytics delivery and drive their adoption
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders
- Work with business leaders to translate ambiguous problems into clear decision paths, success metrics, and insight deliverables
- Deliver crisp, defensible insights that connect what happened -> why -> what to do next
- Own complex analyses end-to-end, especially for new insight products or high-stakes decisions
- Partner with engineering to ensure durability
- Build with data engineering to ensure solutions are grounded in governed definitions and scalable data foundations
- Contribute hands-on where needed: validate logic, pressure-test edge cases, and ensure performance and maintainability in production analytics environments
- 4+ years in analytics / BI / analytics engineering / decision support roles with significant stakeholder ownership.
- AI-first work style: you habitually use AI to accelerate how you think, build, and communicate-and you can explain your approach.
- Proven record of building solutions that scale beyond one-off requests (frameworks, reusable assets, standards, adoption-focused delivery).
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder leadership: you can turn ambiguity into aligned decisions and clear recommendations.
- Strong SQL and deep comfort working directly in Snowflake to validate logic, troubleshoot discrepancies, and build repeatable analyses a plus.
- A builder with a "pilot-and-scale" mindset: you test new approaches quickly, measure impact, and operationalize what works into repeatable standards.
- A disciplined prompt engineer: you can consistently produce reliable outputs from LLMs by iterating prompts, structuring context, using grounded sources, and applying QA checks before anything reaches stakeholders.
- Disciplined with prompt engineering; you produce reliable, QA'd outputs from LLMs before anything reaches a stakeholder.
- Collaborative and systems-minded; you make the team and stakeholders faster, not just yourself.
- Comfortable setting guardrails: you balance speed with governance, quality, and trust.
- You enjoy experimenting with new tools, quickly separating signal from noise, and integrating practical improvements into repeatable workflows.
- Bonus eligibility
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage; HSA and FSA eligibility
- 401k Employer Match at 4%
- Competitive PTO policy & Company Holidays
- Parental leave policy eligible after 6 months of service
- Access to events at Barclays Center, subject to ticket availability
