We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic full-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Register patients and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information
  • Assist patients with completing required forms and documentation
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route calls as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
