Ultimate Staffing is seeking experienced candidates for Medical Receptionist opportunity in Carrboro!
MUST HAVE eCLINICALWORKS EXPERIENCE
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Pay $18-$19/hour.
Front Desk Medical Receptionist Job Duties:
Answer phones, schedule and direct patients to appropriate areas/people
Perform routine administrative duties such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.
Register patients according to company policies and procedures while also ensuring required forms are completed and signed by patients.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette, dynamic personality, and exceptional customer service skills.
2 years of Medical Front Desk Receptionist experience REQUIRED.
