HELP WANTED: Church Administrative Assistant Bethesda Lutheran Church in Jewell is seeking a part-time (20-25 hours/week) Administrative Assistant to provide essential organizational, clerical, and communication support to the pastoral staff and congregation, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Key duties include managing office tasks, scheduling, maintaining records, and coordinating communications. Ideal candidate is organized, proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), and passionate about ministry.

This is a confidential position with responsibilities for church records, answering phones, managing calendars, producing weekly bulletins and monthly newsletters. File correspondence, reports, etc as required. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for communicating with staff and parishioners.
