Job description

This isn't your typical kitchen job.

You'll be part of everything from intimate private dinners to weddings, corporate events, and large scale catering working directly with one of South Louisiana's premier private chefs.

What You'll do:

Execute high quality dishes across private events and catering.

Support prep, production, and service.

Maintain clean, organized kitchen standards 

Work as part of a team that shows up and gets it done.

Experience as a cook or chef (catering a plus).  Strong work ethic and ability to move in a fast paced environment.  Attention to detail in food and presentation.  Team player with a positive attitude.  Flexible schedule (nights/weekends as needed)
