About us:At One Hospitality, we believe that great food, excellent service, and unforgettable experiences go hand in hand. We're a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality group known for our elevated menus, vibrant atmosphere, and passionate team. We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to help grow our culinary experience.Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
  • Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  • Manage daily food preparation and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Manage station mise en place daily to ensure efficient service during peak dining hours.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation in alignment with brand standards
  • Ensure kitchen safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with local health regulations
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with team members and ensure high productivity is a main focus
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume, professional kitchen environment.
  • Proven proficiency in various cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, and knife skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a creative and quality-focused mindset
  • Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork and kitchen harmony.
