  • Ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.
  • Maintain compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards.
  • Work closely with ownership to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on management style.

Qualifications

  • Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager experience.
  • Experience managing multiple food concepts or high-volume kitchens is preferred.

  • Passion for food quality, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • ServSafe Certification is a strong plus.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Passionate about cooking and hospitality.
  • A dependable leader who earns the respect of the team.
  • Creative enough to introduce fresh menu ideas while maintaining our customer favorites.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to oversee several unique food concepts in one location.
  • Creative freedom to develop new menu offerings.
  • Stable, established business with a loyal customer base.
  • Supportive ownership that values quality and innovation.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.

If you're ready to lead a talented team and help shape the future of one of Quakertown's favorite food destinations, we'd love to hear from you.
