Executive Chef – Public Market & Multi-Concept Kitchen


Location: Quakertown, PA
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (Full-Time)

Are you a passionate chef who enjoys leading a team, creating exceptional food, and developing exciting new menu ideas? We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant concepts within our busy public market in Quakertown.

Our market has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service, consistently high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a leader who shares those values and wants to help us continue growing while maintaining the standards our customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of 1–4 quick-service restaurant concepts under one roof.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all food offerings.
  • Develop creative seasonal specials and new menu items.
  • Ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.
  • Maintain compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards.
  • Work closely with ownership to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on management style.

Qualifications
