Job description

The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across all areas of Basesix, with a strong focus on Operations and field-based positions. This role partners with hiring managers and company leadership to understand the business, identify hiring needs, manage the recruiting process, and strengthen the company's talent acquisition strategy to support continued growth.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain candidate records, recruiting documentation, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Basesix operations, project teams, and field positions to effectively identify and evaluate talent.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and track open positions across the company.
  • Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and external recruiting partners.
  • Manage and promote the Basesix Employee Referral Program.
  • Support onboarding and retention initiatives in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
  • Develop and improve recruiting processes, best practices, and talent acquisition programs.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple levels and disciplines.
