Is virtual recruiter a legitimate work from home job?

Many Virtual Recruiter jobs that allow you to work from home or another remote location with internet access are legitimate work from home jobs. They are often posted by recruiting firms looking for new employees who are motivated and willing to learn. Legitimate positions do not ask you to pay for leads or charge you for setting up job software. As with any pursuit, do your homework; only apply to jobs with established companies who have an excellent online presence and reputation, and stay away from job postings that ask for money as part of getting employment.
