The primary difference between the positions is Virtual Recruiters typically work from home instead of in the office. In this role, you are the liaison between job seeker and potential employer, helping companies to narrow the field of candidates to those most qualified and helping individuals find the right fit for them. Because you are not in the office, you must give your clients regular updates on the status of your search through phone calls, emails, and online portals. Recruiting jobs are frequently remote or virtual positions.
