Medical Receptionist - Full-Time (Clinic Evaluations)
Overview
Join The IMA Group as a Bilingual Medical Receptionist supporting structured medical evaluations in a professional outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You must speak both fluent English and Spanish.
Schedule
  • Full-time, shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays (scheduled in advance)

What You'll Do
  • Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Verify patient information and update electronic records
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation
  • Support efficient patient flow and front-office operations

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous medical office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment
