A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST
As a Receptionist, you are the first point of contact that our credit union members have with us. Using your first-class customer service skills, you welcome our members and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude. When members enter our financial office, you maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access to our team by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
You also provide administrative support across our organization. You are comfortable answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary. But, really, it's not what you do but how you do it. Self-motivated and proactive, you see what needs to get done and make it happen. Each day you are fulfilled knowing that you have helped our team help our members with their financial needs!
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as fax machines and printers

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RECEPTIONIST
This position typically works 40 hours a week during our hours of Monday - Friday, from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
