Job description

The Oaks at Denville is seeking a courteous and friendly Receptionist to join our team!
The Oaks at Denville is a Springpoint Senior Living Facility located in Denville, NJ. We are currently in search of a per diem/part-time Receptionist available for all shifts to join our team. At Springpoint, our Receptionist is responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality to guests and residents, as they give the first impression to all visitors at the community.
Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Handle phone messages and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, informing staff that guests have arrived, and responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain mailroom (i.e., Supplies, postage machine, mailboxes, copier)
  • Must be able to understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • One year experience in a similar setting preferred
