We're Hiring: Receptionist
Location: On-site in Las Vegas, NM
Schedule: Varies Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
Guadalupe Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, both in person and by phone, creating a welcoming experience while supporting our mission of helping members thrive financially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist members and visitors in person and by phone.
  • Accurately handle basic financial transactions and member requests.
  • Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and branch resources.
  • Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or financial institution, experience with multi-line phone systems.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves extended periods of sitting and computer work, regular verbal communication and active listening with members by phone and electronically, and occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 15 pounds.
