About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established, high-end medical practice in the Tysons area. This busy office provides a professional, patient-focused environment with a strong emphasis on quality service and attention to detail.

Job Description:

The Medical Receptionist will support daily front desk operations and patient coordination in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendar coordination
  • Communicate with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and general inquiries
  • Assist with coordinating procedures at external facilities such as hospitals or surgical centers
  • Prepare exam rooms and support patient flow, including room setup and reset between visits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Accurately enter and update patient information across internal systems (training provided)
  • Ensure all required documentation and details are ready ahead of scheduled procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare front desk role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of reliability and accountability
