Your Role:
As a Posh Virtual Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, representing their businesses with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Scheduling appointments and making follow-up calls

Qualifications:
You'll need strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. A friendly and outgoing personality will help you create a positive first impression and build rapport. Additionally, you must be able to multitask and work under pressure to handle incoming calls and requests efficiently. A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM is required for accurate note-taking and data entry. Finally, a professional appearance and demeanor are essential for representing our clients and company in a positive light. You must also be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our clients.

    • Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $19 / Hour.
