Salary Range: $135,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

The Vice President of Sales at Optio Solutions is responsible for leading sales initiatives, prospecting new business, and driving market penetration to support continued growth and expansion. This role focuses on 1st-party and 3rd-party collections, requiring expertise in the accounts receivable management industry. The VP of Sales will develop strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership – Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Optio Solutions' presence in the 1st-party and 3rd-party collections space.
  • New Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry connections.
  • Client Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth – Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Industry Expertise – Stay updated on trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in debt collection and accounts receivable management.
  • Consultative Selling – Utilize a consultative approach to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions that maximize value.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain a structured sales funnel, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with compliance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis – Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Travel – Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent Optio Solutions at conferences and networking functions
Additional Responsibilities
  • Performs other similar or associated duties as necessary to accomplish job objectives in an effective manner as assigned by Management or as responsibilities necessitate.
  • Duties and requirements may be adjusted as necessary to meet the evolving needs of Optio Solutions.
