Vantage currently has an opportunity available for a RN/LPN Unit Manager. Our rehab and nursing center provides rehabilitation programs, post-acute short and long-term health care, skilled nursing, and hospice care as well as respite services.

Responsibilities include.

Oversight of the day-to-day nursing activities of the unit and maintaining accountability of all unit staff on a 24-hour basis. Oversight of the work performance of unit staff and assisting as necessary. Assessing the residents on the unit, assuring that nursing care provided is in accordance with the physicians’ orders and facility policies and procedures. Makes rounds on all residents when arriving on duty, leaving duty and throughout the shift. Responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and policies and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

RN / LPN Unit Manager Requirements:

Current LPN or RN License in MA

Minimum 1 years’ experience as a long-term care unit manager preferred

Current CPR certification
