We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team at Winter Haven Nursing and Rehab. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

About the Role:

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, supervising a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:

  • Supervision: Overseeing the unit and nurses to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

  • Admissions and Discharges: Coordinating the admission and discharge processes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
