Position: Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Surgical Neuro ICU (Permanent)
Location: Tampa, FL 33613

Pay:

  • $70,000 – $131,000 annually


Schedule:

  • Mid Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)


Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of Surgical Neuro ICU

  • Assist with staff supervision, staffing, and workflow

  • Provide direct patient care as needed

  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams


Requirements:

  • Neuro ICU experience (required)

  • Leadership experience (Charge RN or ANM) required
